As an Engagement Manager, you'll play a critical role in our organization. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring project success, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will manage prospect and customer relationships and deliver successful projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan, strategize, and exceed customer expectations.
Your role in our future Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. To manage customer relationships effectively, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Seeking opportunities to sell and upsell services and products to new and existing accounts, working with cross-functional teams to create packaged or bespoke solutions to address client needs.Collaborating with Sales and Presales during RFx by leading all services related specifications response and proposal creation.Nurturing working relationships with prospects and clients throughout the project cycle, tracking client processes and providing prompt assistance when needed.Designing and executing solutions tailored to client needs, leading and handling complex accounts, and managing client expectations, ensuring delivery of client requests. Your profile Minimum of 10 years experience in sales, customer service, project management, and consulting.Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal).Self-starter who is detail and goal-oriented.Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Knowledge gaps can be filled.
