TAFE NSW Life-Changing Careers Engagement & Culture Coordinator Location Negotiable Temporary Full-time until September 2025 $122,593 package includes salary ($108,494 - $116,838), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role As the Engagement & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and advocating for engagement and culture initiatives at a whole of TAFE NSW level and at the individual business unit level to improve employee engagement and enhance commitment for a high performance and ethical culture.
About You You will have demonstrated experience and a thorough understanding of engagement and culture strategies.
This includes experience in amplifying the employee voice, strong project management skills, the ability to analyse employee engagement surveys, and excellent communication abilities to effectively convey insights and provide related advice.
To be successful in this role, you will hold: A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and continuously improving engagement and culture strategies and the application of related advice.
