About Everymind: a leading national institute dedicated to the prevention of mental ill-health and suicidea non-clinical service working nationally on prevention programs, translational research, strategic communications and policy advicefunded through government, philanthropic, research and corporate grantslocated by the beach in the heart of Newcastlesupportive of flexible working arrangementsAbout the role:As a member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Director, the Engagement and Program Manager will provide leadership across engagement functions for Everymind including government relations and strategic communications, as well as leading the best practice communication program area which includes the national Mindframe program.
The successful candidate will be supported with a thorough orientation and onboarding process with the Director and other members of the Senior Leadership team at Everymind in line with practices across HNELHD. About you:The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in strategic communication and engagement, including government and stakeholder relations with a proven track record in developing new partnerships and increasing organisational reach, engagement and funding opportunities. In addition to this, the Engagement and Program Manager will showcase exceptional project management skills with demonstrated experience leading a team to deliver on large scale projects on time and within budget.
