About the opportunity The Energy Services Manager oversees minor/transactional connections and related energy services, including new/modified connections, isolations, abolishments, Consumer Energy Resource connections, Network Access Permits, and Tiger Tails. They support the Customer Solutions team and business by processing customer connections, market transactions, and administrative components of larger projects.
The role involves strategising to meet customer needs, improve service quality, and increase efficiency across Customer Solutions and business processes. This includes providing analytics, reporting, process excellence, and digitisation services. They also monitor service metrics, analyse customer feedback, and address areas for improvement.
Key role objectives Manage customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that service requests are efficiently handled, customer expectations are met, and service standards are maintained.Manage minor connections and other transactional energy services within regulatory timeframes, ensure appropriate cost management and cost recovery, manage compliance to relevant rules, regulations and standards.Lead the team in the provision of centralised desktop scoping, work processing, project administration, process excellence, reporting, and analytics services for Customer Solutions.Lead end-to-end process excellence, analytics, digitisation and transactional transformation of connection services delivery across the Customer Solutions team and broader business to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.Ensure the business and industry operate in compliance to relevant Legislation, Regulatory Standards, Policies and Directives, and ensure the safety of the public.Budget preparation and financial management for cost centre.Implement continuous improvement strategies leveraging analytics and customer feedback.Represent Customer Solution's interests in customer technology platform development and operations.Ensure the Energy Services team is adequately skilled, supported and developed.Foster a high-performance culture and promote professional development.Essential role requirements Degree in a relevant discipline (project management, engineering, business) and/or the equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.Demonstrated experience in a similar services delivery role.Current driver's licence (Class C).What we offer An opportunity to join an organisation recognised for its innovation, technology, growth, and community service.Up to $900 in electricity reimbursements each year.Automatic coverage from SA Power Networks Income Protection Scheme.Primary Parental Leave (18 weeks) and Secondary Parental Leave (5 weeks).Salary sacrifice benefits; fleet or novated car lease.An industry-leading focus and reputation for safety and wellbeing.A commitment to work-life balance with truly flexible working arrangements, a great team environment and a career focus with development opportunities.How to Apply To apply click 'Apply'.
