Ongoing Part Time – up to 80 hours per fortnight Available now An exciting and rewarding opportunity is available for a suitably qualified Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join the Sub Acute team at Portland District Health.
The primary role is You are responsible for delivering safe and effective personal care and clinical care, in accordance with the consumer's needs, goals and preferences to optimise their health and well-being.
You contribute to an environment that is conducive to person centred care which fosters a culture of consumer engagement and partnership.
About you: Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Medication Endorsement IV endorsed nurse Extensive clinical knowledge, skills and experience Highly developed interpersonal skills including conflict resolution strategies Sound communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to work unsupervised as an Enrolled Nurse in a clinical environment Excellent organisation and time management skills Good assessment, problem solving and organisational skills A demonstrated high level of motivation and willingness to learn Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Computer literacy Please click here to view Position Description.
About us: Portland District Health (PDH) provides an integrated health service for the community.
