Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and managing chronic health conditions of elderly patients.Conducting health assessments and documenting patient conditions.Assisting in wound care, pain management, and mobility support.Administering medications.Developing care plans in collaboration with other health professionals.What you'll bringYou're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
Diploma in Nursing (with a focus on aged care and health assessments).Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.First Aid and CPR certification.Additional RequirementsYou will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:
