End User Computing (EUC) Engineer (3-Month Contract) Position: End User Computing (EUC) EngineerContract: 3 monthsLocation: PerthSalary: Competitive and based on experience
Key Responsibilities: Ricoh Printer Deployment: Deploy approximately 35 Ricoh printers across the city within the next month.Troubleshooting: Resolve connectivity issues between printers and the network.User Training & Support: Provide user training and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems.Microsoft Teams Calling Rollout: Begin the rollout of Microsoft Teams Calling once Telstra numbers are assigned.Telephony Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Teams Hard Phones with the existing Teams environment.Migration & Support: Migrate users from legacy phone systems to Microsoft Teams Calling with minimal disruption, providing training and support for new calling features.Skills & Experience:
Direct experience with Ricoh Cloud Stream setup, configuration, and deployment across multiple devices.Strong knowledge of Ricoh printers and their integration with cloud-based print management systems.Expertise in Microsoft Teams Phone System, including configuring and managing both soft and hard phones.Knowledge of Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans for integrating telephony services with Teams.Proven experience migrating users from legacy phone systems to Microsoft Teams Calling.Excellent communication skills to train and support end-users on new systems and features.Why Join?Our client is known for their commitment to innovation and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.
