Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level in the world-renowned wine region of Barossa Valley.
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will assume full responsibility for managing every facet of our food & beverage department encompassing areas such as restaurant, bar, pool bar, room service, banqueting, and events.
In this role you will:
Oversee all operational aspects of the Food & Beverage Department and develop innovative and insightful strategies for optimizing guest experience and revenue performance.Leverage your extensive expertise to guide and mentor your team, ensuring they consistently curate memorable moments for our guests.Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments and have input in creating menus, wine lists, and beverage offerings.Manage all administrative and planning aspects of the department, including scheduling, reporting, package and promotion development, recruitment, personnel management, and ordering.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Food & Beverage Duty Manager.Robust leadership skills to engage, inspire and cultivate your team fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.Proven ability to manage budgets, overseeing inventory and creating team schedules.Effective communicator with adept skills in stakeholder management, internally & externally.Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.Additional InformationAccor Benefits
