Salary: $104,180 to $111,746 – AHP3 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 27 June 2025
Overview:
The position is responsible for leading, influencing, and supporting the ongoing design and build of the EMR Program to ensure the solution is fit for multi-disciplinary and multi-site/service application. The Business Change Consultant will use specific subject matter expertise and knowledge to actively engage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of the EMR solution and is accountable for taking a clinical leadership role in the EMR Program. The role is responsible for the provision of training activities and reviewing existing practice and workflows to assist with the implementation of the system. The incumbent facilitates and reinforces clear and early communication of relevant timeframes and expectations in relation to adoption across their particular clinical or non-clinical professional community. The position is also responsible for providing advice regarding the development or amendment of SA Health operational policies to support new EMR related processes and work practices. Minimum Requirements:
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply. A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving 'Unsupervised Contact with Vulnerable Groups' is required for this position. A DHS 'Working With Children Check' (WWCC) is required for this position. Appropriate Allied Health qualification from a recognised tertiary institution, giving eligibility for registration with relevant professional body and/or membership with the relevant professional association. Work outside of normal business hours as part of a roster during specific periods will be required. The incumbent will be required to participate in an on-call roster. The incumbent may be required to travel or work across and/or be located at any of the Department of Health units/divisions as required. Some state-wide travel may be required. A flexible approach to the taking of leave is required. Required to work 24/7 rosters during site activation periods. Enquiries:
