From crisis intervention to strategic safety planning, you'll empower clients to regain control, foster resilience, and build safer futures.Key Impact AreasClient-Centered Advocacy : Provide empathetic, trauma-informed support tailored to each client's journey.Risk Management & Safety Planning : Conduct risk assessments and create individualized safety plans for those in crisis.Hands-On Crisis Support : Offer immediate assistance both in-person and over the phone, helping clients navigate critical service systems.Case Management : Provide individualized, trauma-informed case management, supporting clients with safety planning, goal setting, and access to necessary resources and services.Innovative Portfolio Development : Spearhead focused initiatives such as LGBTQIA+ outreach, rural community support, or culturally appropriate services.Community Engagement : Build and nurture connections within the community and advocate for services that strengthen the path to healing.Why Choose DVAC?Join us, and you'll be part of a dynamic, values-driven team committed to social justice.
