We are seeking an experienced Employment Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver training programs to clients with a focus on employment skills development, as well as provide coaching and support assisting clients to achieve employment goals. In this role, you will Deliver LLN and accredited training components to clients relating to Foundation Skills qualifications compliant with ASQA framework and NORTEC policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes and delivery hours compliant to program contract, Undertake required administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner to meet compliance requirements, Work autonomously and as part of a team. Create program-relevant learning resources and assessments. Work with diverse student cohorts with varied learning requirements, and Meet program referral assessment and commencement timeframes. Essential requirements: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment AND TAESS00009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set Well-developed knowledge of Australian Core Skills Framework, Proven experience achieving positive client participation, retention and compliance outcomes with diverse clients High level computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and internet research techniques Flexible and adaptive training delivery experience Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Possess current Working with Children Check for NSW/QLD as applicable, Willingness to obtain Australian Federal Police National Police Check, Current driver's license and reliable transport, and Current First Aid Certificate. Preferred requirements: Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education including unit in Foundation Skills with relevant teaching hours (100+) OR a specialist Adult Literacy qualification OR a recognized TESOL qualification, and Knowledge and experience delivering employment training and coaching programs aligned to industry trends and best practice.
