Salary: $74,742 - $80,407 per annum pro rata (dependent on qualifications and experience) + 11.5% super + annual leave loading.

Working within the Human Resources Department, this role is pivotal in offering guidance and assistance to managers with respect to the recruitment and selection procedures at Holmesglen. In addition to this core function, it will also encompass coaching and mentoring hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills and align them with best practices.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our hiring process, bringing in extensive panel-based interview experience and exceptional behavioural interviewing skills, ensuring that we select candidates who are not only qualified but also align with our company values and culture.
ABOUT YOU Understanding of current developments in HR practice and extensive experience in recruitment and selection processes, including panel-based interviews with a focus on behavioural interviewing techniques. Demonstrated analytical and administrative skills, with ability to use initiative, and function effectively with limited or no supervision. Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to exercise judgement, maintain privacy and confidentiality, and work cooperatively in a team environment. Proven time management and organisational skills including the ability to coordinate concurrent activities, effectively prioritise work tasks and work to ongoing deadlines. Knowledge of e-recruitment and online onboarding systems would be an advantage. A degree in human resources, or similar discipline and relevant work experience.
