Based in the CBD, this organisation supports people in need. They are looking for multiple Contact Centre agents to join them in an inbound and outbound capacity. Your new role Your role will be based in a Contact Centre assisting callers with online and system support. You will utilise digital tools and follow government policy and procedure, to ensure that callers are not only receiving quality service but have a full understanding of what they need to do to achieve their objectives. You will assess the adequacy and quality of the callers' efforts, negotiate on what they need to do to succeed and make evidence-based decisions on their outcomes. What you'll need to succeed Experience working within a contact centre or a high-volume phone-based customer service environment is required. Experience working with Employment Service Systems (ESS), case management, Community Services or experience in delivering Disability Employment Services is Highly Desired. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Have strong technical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts well and easily Be able to provide 2 references, with one being a direct report from your most recent paid employment Be flexible to work a Monday to Friday roster with shifts being between 8:30am and 7:00pm. Hold a current National Police clearance (within the last 6 months) or be willing to obtain Be willing to undergo and maintain a baseline clearance.
