About EyrePlus We have an exciting opportunity for you to work with EyrePlus in the delivery of Community Development Program (CDP), an Australian Government funded Programme, managed by Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet for Far West Region of South Australia.
The Opportunity Actively source and identify suitable local job vacancies reflective of CDP caseload skills and qualifications Provide daily lists of current Vacant Jobs to all staff and advertise on internal job boards.
Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations with local employers, jobseekers, Eyreplus Directors, community service providers, and departments Actively promote Employer Incentives payments to maximize placements across the region Liaise with employers on a regular basis to identify start dates of employment and lodge in CDP IT system each day.
Ensure all employment-related evidence documentation is provided to the Service Delivery Manager to support the claims process Provide Post Placement Support (PPS) to all EyrePlus Participants placed into Employment, collect evidence for employment outcome claims, and document all PPS contacts, claims files, Participant files, and in the government's IT system.
Provide post-placement support (PPS) to all EyrePlus Employers with a current EyrePlus Participant placed in Employment.
Record Participant referrals, fall-offs, expenditure requests, and approvals on ECSN, EyrePlus files, and Participants files.
To contribute to overall improved performance across EyrePlus, namely Performance Period ratings.To be considered for the position, you will need to have; Knowledge of labour market trends and employment skills shortages Comprehensive knowledge of the employment services industry (contractual obligations, guidelines, management, and performance systems).
Local, Employment Service Area, and regional labour market knowledge.
The Department Code of Conduct and Service Guarantees.
WHS, HR & relevant legislative requirements e.g.
