Employment Lawyer

Industrial Relations & Employment Law (Legal) Our client is a well-regarded international firm looking for a 2yr+ lawyer to join its employment and safety team.
This is a growth role for the team which has built a culture of being dynamic and flexible leading to long tenure in the team.

The role In this role, you will get exposure to front- and back-end matters across the employment, regulatory, and safety space.
This includes working with government and major corporations across various sectors on:
safety issues.strategic management.prosecutions and coronial inquests.day-to-day matters (such as HR policies and procedures).compliance.terminations.About you You will be a lawyer or associate with experience working in employment law (ideally for employers), but they are also open to employee-focused lawyers looking to make a change.
This role is suited to candidates with 2yrs+ PAE.
