As a valued member of the team, you will provide expert advice on all areas of employment law to a diverse range of clients across the public, private, and third sectors. Your responsibilities will encompass disputes, general advisory work, corporate support, as well as client training when required. Our client represents leading employers across various sectors, offering a wide range of interesting and challenging cases. Moreover, you will have ample opportunities to shape your own development, engage in business development activities, and contribute to seminars, webinars, and networking events. Collaborating closely with the three Cardiff Partners, you will also play a crucial role in supervising and mentoring junior team members.To thrive in this role, you should possess a genuine interest in employment law, a commitment to building and developing your expertise, strong analytical and research skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the drive to excel in practice development.
