As a DES Ongoing Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide ongoing post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment and achieving milestones.This role is located in West Perth and reports directly to the Team Leader.What we need from you:Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.High degree of self-motivation.Strong engagement and relationship building skills.Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.Essential requirements:Eligible to work in Australia.Current driver's licence.Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.Criminal history check.Working with Children Check.About APM Group:We're a diverse team of over 13,000 people across 11 countries with a shared purpose - to enable better lives.
