The Company:

Due to continued growth, they're now seeking to add an experienced Scheduler to the pre-construction team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Group Scheduling Manager, you will:
Produce accurate bill of quantities Review job costings and documentation to ensure accuracy Process on site variations Provide support to the Construction Team Ensure accurate take offs of material quantities from plans Obtain quotes from suppliers Issuing orders to suppliers Calculate the cost of a proposed project Assist with bids for new contracts and buying activities Providing assistance with daily queries and orders to the Site Supervisors About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1+ years Scheduling experience for a Residential builder A positive and self-motivated approach to your work Excellent communication skills What's in it for you?
This role would suit somebody who enjoys Estimating, but is looking to work in a close knit environment, with the room for progression.
