We're seeking a dynamic Employer Branding Partner to join our global employer branding team and spearhead our employer branding efforts with zeal and finesse.
Reporting to the Global Employer Branding Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our employer brand narrative and positioning Airwallex as an employer of choice. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute innovative strategies that elevate our employer brand and attract top talent. From crafting compelling employer brand messaging to leveraging creative channels and initiatives, you'll drive initiatives that showcase our unique culture and operating principles.
Responsibilities: Strategic Brand Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our organisational objectives and operating principles.
Content Creation: Generate captivating content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, email, videos, and employee testimonials, to showcase our employer brand story.
Candidate Experience Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience journey, from initial engagement through to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and positive experience reflective of our employer brand.
Project Management: Manage projects such as employer award applications, recruiting events, and recruitment marketing campaigns that drive candidate pipelines for key talent segments.
Employer Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our employer branding efforts. Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including People, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Leadership, to align employer branding initiatives with broader organisational goals and objectives.
Who you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
8 - 10 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, marketing, or related fields, with a focus on crafting compelling narratives and engaging content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to think strategically and translate insights into well-structured, actionable initiatives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment.
Strong data skills, with a proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends in employer branding and talent acquisition.
