Focused on providing residential and community care for older people and support to children, families, and people with disability, financially disadvantaged people and people seeking asylum.Our Values areWellbeing,Ethics,Co-creating,Accountability,Respect andEffectiveness.About the RoleThe purpose of the Employee Services Advisor role is to provide timely, accurate and best practice employee onboarding and contract management advice and services to all customers.Working in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, the Employee Services Advisor is the point of contact for candidates joining the organisation. Through the delivery of knowledgeable and sound advice, the Employee Service Advisor ensures managers and employees have the information and support needed to meet operational and compliance requirements.Key Accountabilities:Provide candidates with a positive onboarding experience.Advise managers and employees on employment matters, escalating to the Business Partnering team as required.Process changes and updates in employment conditions.Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.Work collaboratively and respectfully with your team, supporting all areas and asking for assistance as needed.Ensure compliance with employment law, industry requirements and internal processes.Contribute to reporting, communication, and planning.About YouWorking as part of a close-knit team, you collaborate with and support others, demonstrating respect in your day-to-day actions.You will ideally bring the following:Previous experience in an employment administration and advice role with a good working knowledge of employment law and industrial instruments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.Ability to work independently and to make a positive contribution in a team environmentStrong attention to detail with a strong results orientation.Sound judgement and decision-making skills.For YouBaptcare is focused on living our values, not just talking about them.
