ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into our Head of Legal, you are the Group's key point of contact for specialist ER advice and guidance. Operating in a fast paced retail environment, this role will challenge you to provide fair and consistent legal advice, in line with our COG values and tone of voice. Day to day you will support the business on complex ER cases and represent the business in ER disputes, manage industry negotiations, collective bargaining and dispute resolution. You'll help to enable global HR teams by taking a proactive approach in delivering training in ER. This is a truly unique opportunity to flex your expertise across a global market.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2-3 years experience in a law firm or in-house role
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in employment law, ideally in retail
Great communicator with the ability to adapt your approach in communication style in order to build and influence strong working relationships across all levels of the Group
Exposure to global markets is highly regarded
Previous experience in a fast paced, agile working environment is preferred
