Your role as an ER/IR Manager will involve liaising with other Business Unit Managers in operational challenges, managing onboarding and performance management as well as complex case management.
Your expertise will be HR and supporting teams with HR related challenges.
What You Need:
5 years' experience in HR, with particular experience of Employee / Industrial Relations, case management as well as generalist HR skills Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field Skills in communication, analysis, organization and time management.

The permanent position is full-time Monday to Friday, with a salary range of $100 000 - $120 000 + superannuation, with the added benefit of Salary Packing up to $15 900.
