Position DescriptionTerm: Full-time, ongoing position About the Role This role ensures high-quality Employee Relations (ER) services for the Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) by managing ER cases, return-to-work coordination, compliance, and project initiatives. It supports schools and internal teams to foster positive workplace outcomes.
