Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for fostering positive employee experiences?We are on the hunt for a savvy and spirited Employee Relations Partner to provide high quality ER support aligned with our Lutheran values.You'll play a pivotal role in supporting managers across a wide range of services to ensure our teams are high-performing and Lutheran Services remains a place where people love what they do.Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will build and maintain effective relationships with operational managers, employees and unions.You'll tackle employee concerns and conflicts with fairness and empathy, ensuring compliance with our Enterprise Agreement and all relevant legislation.Your guidance will help managers and staff navigate employee practices while your innovative ideas will continuously improve our service.We are seeking someone experienced within a unionised environment, preferably in healthcare or community services.
