Utilise your employee relations/data analytics expertise in a complex industrial environment Permanent, full-time position | East Melbourne location $120,000 package + NFP salary packaging benefits About the role As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide support to the Employee Relations Manager and the wider People Services team by providing advice on employee relations matters within a complex industrial environment.
Your key responsibilities will include: Providing advice on complex business partnering matters and workplace investigations Developing frameworks and systems that support sustainable industrial relations compliance Interpreting industrial instruments and offering guidance as needed Ensuring payroll processes are aligned with relevant industrial instruments through audits Supporting negotiations and the implementation of new enterprise agreements About you You have a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, human resources or a related field and few years of experience in a similar employee relations advisory role or completed a graduate program that included rotations in Human Resources and Finance.
In addition, you possess the following: Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to undertake data analysis Why VMCH?
