The role Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Advisor, Employee Relations to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and support across employee relations matters to ensure procedural and substantive fairness, compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements, and internal policies.
You will play a key role in managing complex employee relations cases, supporting property leadership teams, and contributing to the overall employee experience at Crown.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, performance management, and grievances.
Provide advice on disciplinary meetings, performance management, and grievance resolution.
Conduct workplace investigations, manage long-term absences, and ensure effective interventions.
Deliver coaching and development to line managers to build leadership capability.
Collaborate with the General Manager, People & Culture, and property leadership teams.
Establish and maintain relationships with compliance teams, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Support the alignment of employee relations frameworks with the Fair Work Act and ensure procedural fairness across the business.
Identify opportunities for improvement in employee relations processes and implement best practices.
About you A tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or other relevant discipline.
Proven experience in employee relations, including case management and resolution of high-risk ER cases.
Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly around workplace investigations and compliance with regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a large corporate or highly regulated industry, ideally within hospitality, gaming, or a similar sector.
