As our Employee Dining Room Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our employee dining room, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and leading the Star Café F&B Attendants.
A few of your responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the employee dining room, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety standardsManage and motivate the team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent high-quality serviceMonitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ensuring efficient stock managementEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to food safety and sanitation.What we are looking for: Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a high-volume environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a teamKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industryCurrent QLD RSA Statement of AttainmentAbout you: With your extensive experience within food & beverage, you understand the importance of taking good care of our team members.
