Opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate Wills and Estates Lawyer to join respected firm in the Melbourne CBD

The firm covers several areas of law with a focus on areas including Business and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property & Development, and Workplace Relations.
The Role Working for highly impressive partners, you will advise on a diverse range of wills and estates and succession planning matters. You will also be involved in some estate litigation work.
You will have experience in:
Drafting wills and powers of attorney, Advising on complex estate planning, including family trusts, SMSFs, business succession planning and wealth protection strategies, Managing deceased estate administration, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration. Representing executors, trustees and beneficiaries throughout the estate administration process and related disputes, and Providing comprehensive estate planning advice tailored to clients' needs. We are seeking a Lawyer with a solid level of experience in this field who is highly autonomous but who also loves to work within a team and bounce ideas and strategies off others.
