The Firm & The Role Our client is a boutique law firm, continuing to go from strength to strength in legal service ranks.
Our client is looking to actively recruit an experienced property lawyer with at least 5 years post admission experience and with some demonstrated leadership capability, who can work alongside a Principal fairly autonomously and delegate work to juniors.
The role will see you working on the full spectrum of property work.
This includes advising property development clients in relation to drafting contracts of sale and vendor's statements; drafting and advising in relation to leases and general property issues.
This team also works on assisting with property matters in the health and medical field, which is broad, interesting and challenging work.
