This client now offers an exciting opportunity to join the firm's Workplace Relations Team.
The Role As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed partners who are leaders in their field. You will manage a variety of employment matters, including compliance, EBA agreements, unfair dismissals, equal opportunity, and general protections claims.
About You Ideally, you will have 2-5 years PAE with proven experience in employment matters. You should have prior experience in employment litigation, including industrial action and dispute resolution.

Have a strong understanding of employment law matters, unfair dismissals, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and terminations, industrial action, and dispute resolution. Workplace health & safety. Compliance and governance, including the development of policies and procedures.
