Corporate Senior Associate working directly on transactional matters in ECM/Securities/private M&A/IPOs; 3/2 wfh; work closely with Partners in BRIS and SYD; fast-paced.
The Role
This is a role that can sit in Brisbane OR Sydney office. You would work closely with 2 Partners located in Sydney and 1 Partner in Brisbane, all of which go between the offices.
Enjoy leading on a range of complex matters with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.

End to end cross border and domestic M&A
Managing and building client relationships
Mentoring lawyers and taking an active role as a leader in the team

About You
You will ideally be a 4+ years corporate lawyer with the following:
Experience working in ECM and private M&A.
Deals experience in IPOs - familiarity with how deals run.
Strong attention to detail and legal drafting skills.
Be a confident and strong communicator.
Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate/commercial documents.
