Boutique firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing / Property Lawyer to handle conveyancing practice.Unique FT opportunity, competitive remuneration & realistic expectations.This is an interesting and unique role.THE ROLEYou will work across very broad areas of residential conveyancing & PEXA. If you wish, you will also work across other areas of property law, including leasing, property development, and commercial law, including shareholder agreements and JV agreements. You will need to have demonstrated conveyancing experience, including running residential conveyancing files from start to settlement (including high-value transactions of property), drafting and reviewing contracts of sale and Section 32 Statements, preparing caveats, and transfer of land, etc.You will have experience in dealing with related party transactions (i.e., transfer of units in a unit trust holding property) and you will have particular experience with PEXA services, including transfers, linked property settlements, caveats, refinances, and mortgages. You will also be involved in assisting in the purchase and sale of businesses, drafting transfers and assignment of leases and licenses, and drafting requests for PPSR security releases.
