About the role Good Shepherd Catholic School, Mount Isa is seeking an experienced and dedicated Emerging Leaders Coordinator.
This is a term time, permanent position completing 35 hours per week starting on the 20 January 2025. The primary purpose of the Emerging Leaders Coordinator is to work in collaboration with teachers to provide appropriate advice, practical support and guidance to assist Indigenous students with learning and development.
This role also provides quality, timely and efficient coordination and administration support to the Emerging Leaders Project.
The Emerging Leaders Coordinator works under the guidance of the College Principal, Emerging Leaders Project Officer and Indigenous Education Advisers to provide assistance to Indigenous students to optimise student learning outcomes in a supported environment with a range of cultural and educational programs.
