The Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) Administration Support Officer role provides support to the operational staff, who provide 24/7 call receipt and dispatch ambulance response to the South Australian Public.Key responsibilities include supporting roster management, distributing mail, receiving visitors to the EOC, arranging peer support for staff, customer service to members of the public.
This is an opportunity to play an integral role in supporting staff who deal with requests for emergency ambulance response.
