Job Description ME Medical Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Emergency Medicine Specialist for a hospital 3.5 hours drive from Melbourne.
About the RoleThis is the largest regional health service in our area.Brand new ED on Campus.Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture.Comprehensive learning and growth opportunities.The Specialist will be a valued member of the Emergency Department. The role is to provide specialist emergency medicine services to patients in our area, participate in the education of medical, nursing and allied health students, and supervise medical staff in Emergency Medicine.
Mandatory Requirements: Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist in Emergency Medicine.Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Emergency Medicine.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership.Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement.Availability to participate in an on-call roster and to respond on site within a reasonable time.Employment Type: This is a full-time and part-time opportunity.
