Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Global Manager of Tax and Financial Reporting and Compliance to lead the tax and finance local reporting and filing in non-US regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing, reporting, and filing of non-US indirect and direct tax and financial reports. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leading transformation and driving change.
Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of non-US indirect tax. Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of non-US direct tax. Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of non-US financials. Oversee the periodical calculations and reporting of Transfer Pricing. Oversee the preparation, reporting and filing of transfer pricing packages. Liaise with the external auditors of non-US audits. Lead and manage non-US reporting projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of all projects. Develop and implement reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 5 years in global financial reporting. Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in India, Egypt, Japan, Australia, and Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with software systems and other relevant technology tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Good knowledge of EXCEL, NetSuite, FloQast; UKG is an advantage.
