Role Overview: Eptura is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our GTM sales team as a Mid-Market Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling to new customers, managing and expanding current customers to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. This role requires experience selling SaaS business to business.
Responsibilities: Eagerly pursue opportunities to build a pipeline of well-qualified prospects, while cultivating trusted relationships with decision makersArticulate Eptura's value in a consultive sales approachStrive to meet and exceed quota through generating new revenue and expanding and renewing current businessWorking with and supporting the business development team to drive qualified pipe within the sales cycleSuccessfully sell to executives, VP and/or "C" levelDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory/business verticalAccurately forecasting to the businessKeep current with all Eptura product updates, pricing and contract terms About You: Strong desire to win and achieve results with high integrity engagement, results drivenCoachable and able to take direction and feedback well, while remaining forwarding thinkingMinimum 3+ years Software sales experience - SaaS/Application preferredExperience managing and closing enterprise level sales using solution selling and value selling techniquesConfident and proven negotiator with a high level of commercial skillsUnderstand how-to build credibility and trust with customers and forge great relationshipsHigh attention to detail and a strategic mindsetEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible WorkingBe a part of a company that is changing the workplace Be a part of a fast-paced global team Stimulating and fulfilling work.
