Currently, there are two opportunities for you to join the team here in Canberra. We're looking for specialists in Tax Accounting and Auditing, with a minimum of three years' experience in Australia, ideally in a public practice firm. With three years under your belt, you'll know what you need to do technically for either of these roles. What's most important is the culture fit.
With a flat structure, you are supporting your clients and those of everyone in the firm; the clients are the main focus. The team comes together to support each other as best they can, but this flat structure also means you're in charge of your own time, as long as outcomes are met. With a founding partner close to retirement, if you're bringing a more senior skill set, they're happy to put that conversation on the table in the near future. The office environment is diverse and welcoming, where everyone is empowered by their skills and treated with respect; working from home is negotiable on a needs basis.
