Role Overview:
Due to the expansion of our warehouse, we are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. Your leadership will ensure our logistics and inventory management processes are efficient, timely, and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Implement and maintain efficient processes to improve productivity and accuracy. Develop and enforce warehouse safety protocols. Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office. Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. What We Offer:
