Elicos Trainer

We are currently seeking a Head Techer for our new to be established English department.
Senior teachers or ambitious experienced teachers who are self -motivated, friendly, professional and looking for the next level of challenges are encouraged to apply. Further coaching and training in areas of compliance, leadership and ELICOS management will be provided to the right candidate.
Essential Criteria Experience in handling administrative work in an ELICOS/English departmentA minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching English to international studentsAbility to connect with and inspire studentsPositive and CAN-DO attitudeAbility to lead a small team of teachers and support teacher enquiriesStrong passion in education industryThe applicant must have: degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other)a suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a methodPreferred but not essential: have a Bachelor degree plus a Post Graduate Certitude in TESOL or Graduate Diploma in TESOL or Master in TESOL.We offer a competitive remuneration, a professional and friendly working environment and modern facilities.
