$130,000 – $160,000 OTE + super + benefits per year

Responsibilities include: Conduct breakdown maintenance and preventative maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues. Oversee repairs, servicing, and maintenance of equipment. Develop, review, and update preventative maintenance plans for optimal reliability. Contribute to improvement projects aimed at reducing unplanned downtime. Uphold and enhance OH&S standards and overall operational performance. Qualifications and skills required: Previous experience in fast pace & high-volume manufacturing sector At least 2 years of experience in industrial electrical installations and maintenance. Proven expertise in automation and control systems, including VSDs and PLCs (Siemens, ABB, Omron). Installation, Fault finding etc. Background in FMCG environments. Familiarity with packaging equipment or food manufacturing machinery. Experience in safety practices, including risk management. Team-oriented mindset. Lateral thinking skills and eagerness to learn new processes. Self-motivated problem solver with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
