About the Business: Prestige Renewables is a Townsville-based Electrical Company specializing in PV Solar installations, residential maintenance, and general electrical work in Townsville. We also offer expertise in air conditioning split system installations.
We are currently looking for a Qualified Electrician for a full-time role within our Townsville team.
What We Need: We're on the lookout for a versatile electrician who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment. We value a strong foundation of trade skills and knowledge, coupled with a willingness to adapt to new technology and processes.
What You'll Do: Perform daily on-site solar installations and system commissioning, including loading up stock, hanging inverters, commissioning solar systems, and walking customers through how to utilize their power system.Conduct residential maintenance and commercial installations, including electrical work and air conditioning systems.Diagnose and rectify electrical issues. Troubleshoot equipment, identify faulty components, and carry out repairs.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with electrical safety regulations.Utilize mobile apps for job safety, installation management, and commissioning.Collaborate with an experienced team to enhance job satisfaction and skill development.The Right Person Must Have: A current driver's license (essential)Electrical trade certificate (essential)Willingness to obtain a CEC Qualification (if not already qualified)Experience with air conditioner split systems (desirable)A willingness to upskill and adapt to new tasks and technology.What You Bring: Effective communication skills for interactions with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.Respect for company property, vehicles, safety equipment, and team members.Strong teamwork, reliability, and a passion for learning and earning.Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.Maintain a professional and can-do attitude in all situations.Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.A team-oriented mindset.Long-term commitment and organizational skills are key qualities we're seeking.Remuneration: $60 per hour plus bonus.A work uniform will also be provided.How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a cover letter telling us about yourself and why you would make a valuable team member via email to .
