Electrician Smelting & Refining, Lead Smelter – Maintenance Mount Isa, Queensland, Australia Ref. No. 26525
An opportunity exists for an Electrician to join the Lead Smelter Maintenance team. This role is based residential Mount Isa, reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor.
Your day-to-day duties will include: The successful candidate will: Hold a full valid Queensland Electrical licence, which is mandatory for this role, with an instrumentation qualification highly preferred.Have a minimum of 4 - 6 years trade experience and expertise in using Allen Bradley Control Logic PLC and Yokogawa CS3000.Demonstrate the ability to think logically and work towards finding favourable solutions and outcomes regarding plant/safety improvements.Value continuous improvement, possess exceptional communication skills, and work within a team with a strong focus on safety.
