Requirements About the Company Asset Services is an integrated multi-trade services provider specialising in solutions to critical asset owners and property managers. We operate in critical infrastructure environments such as airports, defence, retail centres, healthcare, rail, transport, logistics. We have a team of 180 dedicated professionals that deliver maintenance services & minor works projects for Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Building Services. With lots of projects and contracts in place there is plenty of work for now and into the future.
About the Opportunity We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for an Electrician to join our Asset Services team based at Brisbane Airport.
As an Electrician for CV Asset Services, you will be responsible for:
The safe and efficient delivery of electrical maintenance, corrective repairs and minor works projects on critical infrastructure Providing outstanding customer service and technical solutions to key clients, whilst ensuring a high level of communication. Maintaining regular communication with your team and supervisors Active participation in paid on-call roster once a week every 2 months (on average) About You Demonstrated experience in electrical service/maintenance project works Excellent time management and organisational skills Dedicated commitment to electrical standards, regulations, and safe work practices Motivated to work autonomously and within a team environment, playing an active role within the broader team Current Queensland Electrical Workers Licence Current C class Drivers' Licence (manual) High Risk Work Licence, including EWP and Scissor HV Switching qualification and experience desirable Communications and Data Cabling License with endorsements desirable Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas highly desirableComplete and pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening As you will be working in secure and sensitive environments, you MUST also be able to obtain a current police clearance.
