With a strong project pipeline in EVCI and BESS, we are looking to expand our team with a new Electrician.Role SummaryThe Electrician will be responsible for the installation, construction & maintenance delivery of specific projects in alignment and adherence to standards, OEM technical guidance, WHSE regulations, budget, and project timelines. The Electrician will ensure that maintenance and service objectives are clearly understood and executed to a high standard within defined timeframes and budgets, while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.The role requires travel to project sites in different states.ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain EV charging infrastructure across various residential, commercial, public and industrial projects and sites nationwide.Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure clear project execution and efficient charging solutions during the design stages.Modify and update wiring diagrams and project documentation, ensuring accuracy.Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Perform planned and unplanned preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns in EV charging infrastructure systems.Utilize expertise in hardware fault finding and data management.Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to WH&S, Environmental, and Quality Systems.Participate actively in Detlev's continuous improvement culture.Experience RequiredAustralian Electrical Trade CertificateLVR / CPR CertificationConstruction White CardMinimum of 5 years as a Qualified ElectricianFull Australian Working RightsAbility to pass full pre - employment medical / drug and alcoholProven experience working on construction projects.Commissioning experience well regardedStrong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issuesExperience managing staff members and contractorsWilling to work on a wide range of tasks involving on and off-site work and often irregular hoursAt least 2 years of experience in the mining, construction/renewable energyCompetitive salary packages and project-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth within the Energy EVCI & BESS industry.Commitment to employee well-being and development.Training and Development Opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.Social Events throughout the year, team activities, BBQ event and other social activities.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
