Ensure training materials are controlled using the Central Document Management System.
Ensure that training processes and materials are constantly aligned to Electrical Standard Operating Procedures, Industry Standards, Learnings from Incidents and general feedback from workforce.
Maintain Site Electrical Competencies in the Learning Management System (LMS), Manage Electrical worker authorisations and issue electrical permit cards and electrical area access keys.
Train and Coach other Electrical Trainers.
Endorse high quality training standards by coaching and developing National Electrical Trainers.
High Voltage Operator Trainer and Assessor.
Be part of compliance team, overseeing the development, coaching and mentoring of electrical safety rules, electrical procedures, emergency response protocols and switching instructions.
Training and assessing the Certificate III in Electrotechnology, post trade competencies and skill sets in the classroom and workplace.
Ensure training is delivered in accordance with Mine Standards, policies including RTO Standards.

This is a FIFO opportunity - roster is 22 days on/ 20 days off (12 hours day).
This will be a 6-month contract opportunity (extension highly likely).
