You'll be a solution focused and team orientated individual with a willingness to learn from others who is proactive in acquiring additions skills through ongoing training and development.Competitive remuneration package with ongoing training and supportCompany vehicle, fuel card and mobileLiving away from home allowance (on applicable projects)Career progression opportunities and upskilling availableWorking with high performing, diverse and supportive teamEmployee Assistance Program.About you:Minimum 3 years' previous experience as Electrical Supervisor is essentialAssisting the Projects Manager with scheduling and planning of projects.Organisation of team members, fleet, and tooling for the safe and successful delivery of the works program.Monitor onsite safety and progress to ensure positive project outcomes.Ensuring work is planned and completed to a high level of safety and quality in-line with all relevant standards and acceptable to the client and Wolff Power.Procurement of materialsPrepared to travel away from home FIFO/DIDOBuild and promote positive working relationships that embrace team spirit.Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with all key stakeholdersIdentifying design innovations and cost optimisation for our customersA fresh perspective on rapid continuous improvement on processes and procedures.Exceptional time management, work well in a team, manage, delegate, provide direction and follow directionThe successful applicant must have:Current QLD Electrical LicenceCurrent QLD Drivers Licence (HR preferred)Current statutory training (CPR/LVR)Demonstrated work experience in a similar role.Strong safety focus and work ethicAbility to read complex drawingsHV Switching ticketHigh risk work licence (WP, LF, DG)Safe work at heights qualificationElectrical – Qualified Technical Person (QTP) certification (or ability to obtain)A competitive remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate experience, skills, and qualifications.A pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing will be a requirement of the role.We think like our customers and genuinely care about the work we do.
