Job Description: The successful Electrical Supervisor would be responsible for leading electrical related maintenance work of all facilities and associated infrastructure to meet current and anticipated demand in accordance with Vault Minerals standards whilst maintaining strict compliance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements.
This role will be offered on a FIFO or DIDO 15/13 Roster based at our King of the Hills Operation.

Key responsibilities will include: Demonstrate full compliance with the OHS and Environmental Management Systems' standards by assisting in the development of and participation in initiatives; toolbox meetings; investigations; training; and contributing to audits within the mine. Lead the day-to-day activities of the electrical team inclusive of contractors in a cost effective and efficient manner, ensuring awareness of performance targets, and have access to the necessary tools to achieve these and that their activities are aligned with Company targets. Assist the company to achieve mining and production targets through the completion of electrical projects by demonstrating knowledge in interpreting and understanding of plans, drawings and schedules and systematically directing allotted resources to achieve planned outcomes. Ensure optimal efficient use of resources by contributing to the daily planning, scheduling, and allocation of electrical and instrument related tasks through the effective communication with the Senior Electrical Coordinator. Demonstrate sound financial acumen by ensuring cost performance is aligned with maintenance budgets and forecast expectations. Provide ongoing leadership and mentoring for the Electrical team through effective use of the Performance Management System to provide regular, constructive feedback on performance, improve individual development and capability and enhance employee engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction. Develop individual and organisational capacity to consistently achieve deliverables by building and maintaining technical knowledge including keeping up to date with legislative changes. Consistently reinforce Zero Incident Process (ZIP) through involvement and implementation of initiatives to achieve best practice in terms of occupational health risks, lifestyle initiatives and hygiene management. Ensure that routine electrical works are completed competently and safely by the electrical team in a timely manner within EHS standards by liaising with internal clients to ensure service expectations are met. About You: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of mineral processing plants, preferably Gold. Camp and infrastructure services. Demonstrated leadership, performance development experience in a multi-disciplinary environment. Knowledge of the WHS Act and Regulations. Ability to be appointed as Nominee for Inhouse Electrical Installing Work Licence. Recognised trade qualification. Valid 'C' Class drivers' licence. Desirable: Post graduate/trade qualifications.
