About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Tom Price on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.
As an Electrical Supervisor with us, you will be responsible for ensuring all of the electrical works for the project are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards, and to the project schedule.
Some of your key tasks will include:
Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work.Planning activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.Directing and coordinating the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.Participating in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.Participating in Quality Assurance audits.Liaising with client and contractor representatives.Monitoring relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.About YouTo be successful in this position you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical licence.
You will have well-developed leadership skills as well as strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
