Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy) Full time About the role
PARC Engineering is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join a large FIFO construction project at Solomon Mine Site. This is a full-time opportunity on a 2/1 roster with an immediate start.

What you'll be doing Supervising electrical crews of up to 10 on installation, testing and commissioning scopes of workEnsuring all construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant systems, processes, and statutory requirementsEnsuring all personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their workGenerating work packages, assigning tasks, and supervising resourcesReviewing work execution with team members, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to improve performanceDeveloping and reviewing contractors' work method statements, work procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Providing support to contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA/QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning, and reportingReporting directly to the Electrical Superintendent and/or Pre-Commissioning Superintendent/ManagerParticipating in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with the work schedules What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large scale mining construction projectsS26 Statutory Supervisor certificate (or Section 44)Construction Induction CardWA Grade A Electrical LicenceAustralian Recognised Trade CertificateValid Australian Driver's LicenceCurrent LVR/CPR & First AidFull Australian Working RightsAbility to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol ScreenFMG inductions highly regardedPoint of hire is Perth only PARC Perks Career progression paths, learning and professional development opportunitiesRemuneration, Reward and Recognition ProgramsSupport for you and your family through our Employee Assistant Program (EAP)The chance to join a growing company with a values driven culture where you can really make an impact A bit about us
